BOOKING

Following our consultation, if we feel we are a good fit, we’ll contact you within 5 days with a service proposal. Accepting and signing the agreement are the next steps. Then we move forward to the next stage

ON THE DAY

On the day of your special event we will be there from start to until after the last guest leaves, overseeing every aspect of the event logistics to ensure everything about the day flows seamlessly. We will make sure all of your needs are attended to so that you have peace of mind and are able to relax and enjoy your day.

CONSULTATION

First, we will schedule a virtual meeting to get to know you and learn about what you envision for your event and the ideas you have for your special occasion. We’ll review what’s required to get booked with us and look at some inspiration photos with your style to help us establish what we can accomplish together.

PLANNING & DESIGN

During this phase we begin working on the details of your design. If we are doing your planning, we will start to assemble your dream team of event pros. If we are doing design or both planning and design we will start developing the concept for your event design. We will be your support from start to finish, ensuring you have a stress-free and fun experience

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are fully insured with liability and indemnity insurance. Copies are available upon request.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
North and South Carolina predominately, but we also travel national and beyond.
IS THERE A MINIMUM BUDGET TO WORK WITH EVENTS BY TAMMY?
Yes, our wedding clients have a total event budget equal to $400 or more per guest. We set this minimum To ensure that we can deliver the highest quality and exceed our clients’ expectations for a stylish and opulent event.
DO YOU CATER TO SMALL EVENTS?
Yes, absolutely. We are happy to assist with any size event from small intimate affairs to events with larger numbers.
IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
Yes, you will pay a booking fee once you have accepted the proposal and signed the service agreement. A booking fee Is required to secure your date before any work commences.
DO YOU HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS?
We have an extensive list of established and trusted event professionals we work with frequently, whom we are happy to recommend. However, if you have a preferred vendor, who is suitable then we are happy to collaborate with them. It’s your big day and everything will be your decision.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
Weddings and events are extremely individualistic with requirements and requests that are very different, for this reason we offer a service proposal And price accordingly.
